"Cone Tea Set"

Belleek Pottery began producing parian porcelain when the company was established in 1857, but did not produce tableware at market quality until the recruitment of skilled employees from Goss (another pottery company) in late 1863.  Miami University Art Museum's Belleek Pottery Collection features multiple tea sets in a number of iconic Belleek styles, including the Echinus style.  One variation of this style was ordered by Queen Victoria for her personal use.
