Description

A rectangular openwork belt plaque depicting three ibex standing in a wooded setting; two stand in profile, their bodies oriented outward toward the edges of the plaque and their heads shown frontally; the third ibex stands between the two, shown from a fully frontal point of view; a tree rises behind each animal, and two additional trees form the border of the plaque; cells, perhaps meant for inlay, are present on the hooves of the animals and in the vegetation; a curved hook protrudes from the front of the plaque, on the proper right side.
